Leandra is very hard working. She is always at hand to help; very intelligent and knowledgeable as a charge nurse. We are all aware that working on the floor is very challenging. There are times that admissions to the floor get really crazy. A patient is on the way to the floor and the room isn't ready. Her comes Leandra and she just helped with getting rid of dirty linen so housekeeping can clean right away.
Leandra is a very knowledgeable, competent charge nurse who is an excellent resource nurse. She is very reliable and works above and beyond to help each nurse. You need a bed, IV pump, poles, etc.; you name it, Leandra is always ready to help. She makes life easier during her shifts.
Leandra has consistently displayed compassion, kindness, sincerity, and trustworthiness with her patients. Leandra continues to go above and beyond her 'job title' and does what a true nurse does - give kind and compassionate care - every patient, every time.
