I harbor a great deal of anxiety when it comes to medical care in particular towards general anesthesia. My anxiety level went from a 10+ down to a 5 after my time with Leanne. It is pretty rare that I come across a healthcare provider that explains every step of the process and it is just what Leanne did. I get apprehensive with IV lines and she ensured that process when smoothly and that I was as comfortable as possible. It really felt like she not only cared about my physical comfort but my emotional comfort as well.

Beyond that, she didn’t make me feel silly for harboring irrational fear toward general anesthetic. Leanne, I am so grateful you took the time to listen to my feelings. Enough though my thoughts were irritational, it didn’t change the impact they had they had on my emotions but you did. I’m grateful that you answered all of my questions. I am very inquisitive!
