By creating a friendly and healthy environment, she is motivating staff with a shared vision and enthusiasm to achieve better outcomes for themselves and for their patients.
My manager is an excellent person in patience and kindness. One time, she assisted a patient who needed support for a wheelchair. She helped the patient by bringing the wheelchair and brought to the concerned doctor. She is outstanding in developing relationships with staff members. Creating a team gathering every month reduces the staff's stress and increases team bonding. She is efficient in communicating with staff as well as patients. I observed, apart from other managers, her treating us like her family by celebrating their birthdays even if the staff was not aware or physically present and giving surprise gifts. She is always behaving and promoting the staff for the professional growth of the organization by arranging classes, meetings, etc. She is always supporting the team to work as a good team in all aspects. She is always providing us a positive and efficient clinical environment by solving all the issues immediately. She is very flexible, and shows accountability and proactive leadership in addressing clinical or professional issues. She is always taking initiative/taking personal responsibility towards learning, self-development, and staff development by giving up-to-date information about the classes, seminars, meetings, gatherings, etc.

She has the ability to identify the right person who has the specific creative behavior. She has the talent to recognize the staff individually as it is.
