Mrs. H's daughter was full of praise for J30 and the care her mother received on ward J30, she described the environment as caring and compassionate with staff who not only cared about the patient but their relatives also. Mrs. H's daughters were specifically overwhelmed by the care Lelanie personally provided the family and how she tried so hard to transfer Mrs. H home for End of Life Care which was her wish, although this was not achieved they know everything possible was tried. Please be proud, in these times of enormous pressure you need to remember that Lelanie and her team delivered amazing care for both Mrs. H and her daughters, as they said they will never forget their kindness.
