Over the past several years both my wife and I have had several heart procedures done at Saxony Hospital. We have been fortunate to have had Leslie as a nurse on several occasions both when she worked upstairs and now as she works in the cath lab area.
She is compassionate, upbeat and capable. She goes beyond the expected by doing little, much appreciative things like helping with dressings, never seeming hurried, being patient and thorough when my wife had a hip replacement.
She made an effort to come and talk with her after her shift. Just yesterday she was working in the cath lab and even though not assigned to my wife's case, made an effort to talk with us and made us feel comfortable. Both as a patient and a family member. I have appreciated her outstanding performance as a nurse.
