Lien is always willing to help anyone out. She is friendly and supportive to all. Her smile and positive attitude make her a pleasure to be around and makes for a great day. She puts patients and their safety first every day, she is caring and compassionate to patients and family.

She is the one at a patient's side comforting them during an emergency when everyone else is focused on "stuff". We had an emergency c-section and Lien was at the patient's side talking to them and calming them while everyone else focused on supplies.
