Lil is very sweet, kind, and patient. She made my daughter feel safe and went above and beyond for her.
She did everything she could to make us know it was going to be okay and in our darkest moments, Miss Lili was our ray of sunshine.

Lili is extremely organized when providing care to her patients and always has positive feedback from patients and families. I recently worked on the floor and was very impressed with her organization and energy. When there was a room to be set up or a task on the floor whenever I asked if someone needed to do it, Lili was on top of it and had already done it. She is always willing to help her coworkers, and she remains calm and professional throughout her shift. Lili has received at least 8 DAISY nominations in the past year or so, and she deserves every one of them.
