Lincy's kindness, fairness, caring, empathy, and compassion for me I am sure all of her patients and our families feel. She consistently showed up to just check in on you, see how you are doing, and if you need anything. Always smiling and willing to do whatever you needed. It was also awesome seeing her interact with her coworkers as they relied on her to help them. I have asked her to have the tech refresh my bed, but she said it was just as easy to do it, knowing the tech was really busy. (Teamwork).
