I am currently having to receive daily antibiotics and it is something that I do not enjoy. Nor is it convenient for me, as I am bed bound and in a wheelchair. On my first day of receiving treatment, Linda was my nurse. Her cheerful spirit and positive demeanor immediately put me at ease. She was beyond thorough with explaining everything that was going to happen and during treatment. I also am a very hard stick when it comes to IVs and drawing blood; however, she not only got the IV on the first try but also made it look easy. Throughout my entire treatment, she has been the joy of the unit and made the process enjoyable. Although I hope to never have to have this treatment again, I would gladly come back to Banner Baywood Ambulatory Treatment Unit because of her alone. Linda has made the process a bearable one.
