My brother was a patient on 4 North. He progressed rather quickly to a hospice status. He had gotten very confused about his catheter and Lindsey took the extra time to listen to him and comfort him. She was our angel. It took 8 hours for hospice to come in but during that time she made sure my brother was not in any distress. He was her priority. She also took care of us, his family. She took the time to explain what and why she was doing things. She advocated for my brother to get hospice to his room faster. She was everything he needed and so much more. I work for Ascension and some of my best friends are nurses. This young lady made me proud to work with her. She went above and beyond what needed to be done. She showed so much compassion and caring. Our family will forever remember our angel nurse Lindsey. Please know you have touched our hearts.
