A patient came in after having delivered a 26-week baby in a public location. Baby and Mom were brought in by ambo separately. Unfortunately, the baby had passed. Lindsey stayed with the family all night to comfort them through this difficult time. She demonstrated quality care and compassion to the mom and dad. She stayed with them one on one the entire night and helped them physically and emotionally deal with the passing of their child. She went above and beyond by taking care to carefully dress the baby and taking high-quality memorable photos of the family together so the parents would have a physical memento of the baby to take with them upon leaving the hospital. She was a great comfort to them in their time of need.
