From the day that Jaxon was born to the day of discharge, Lisa was always there for my family. She is an exceptional nurse and a great patient advocate. Even though Jaxon was a little bitty thing, she always treated him with respect, kindness and love. Having a baby in the NICU was very hard and having great nursing care helped make our days brighter. She was not only there for our baby boy, but was there for my husband and me when we needed a shoulder to cry on, or just a listening ear. I believe that Lisa deserves special recognition for the wonderful care she provided to my family. Lisa knew just how to push Jaxon to his fullest potential and helped make our unplanned visit bearable. It takes a special person to care for such fragile patients and Lisa is a shining start! She truly lives the mission every day she comes to work "serving with the greatest care and love".
