I would just like to say that Liselle Loyola was my nurse on my last day before I was discharged. From the moment I met Liselle until she said goodbye was a little different, in such a good way! So funny it was almost like she was magical! She always came into my room smiling like she was looking forward to helping me. When she came into the room, she brought the sunshine with her. So pleasant every time she responded to the call bell and trust me there was a lot of calling on my part. Responded quickly, was always pleasant, joked with me, and yet stayed professional. When I apologized for calling yet again she made sure I had no guilt. When I say magical, I mean when she came into the room, she was so jolly no not like Santa Clause more like joyful; along with a host of angels next to her. I have to say she stood out the most. Made my hospital experience even better. Second knee surgery at HSS. Everyone is great that’s why I am a repeat customer. Your kindness and expertise were the cherries on top of this great hospital experience. Thank you, Liselle for sharing your beautiful spirit with me!
