Lois Johnson, RN

I had an excellent experience in the day surgery unit. Lois Johnson, RN is the example of a nurse everyone wishes to have when they enter Pre-Op. She was kind, efficient, and experienced! Nurse Johnson had a first-day Nursing student, and I was very impressed with her kindness and teaching abilities toward her. I am one of those patients who has been known to have several holes in my arms, hands, and even feet before a vein holds my IV. Nurse Johnson found a good vein and started my IV on the first attempt! She then explained to the Nursing student and me that she was able to use the smallest needle because of the type of procedure I was having.

I hope every patient has the same comforting and professional experience I had at JRMC. I loved the thank you note I received in my discharge papers.
