My brother is quadriplegic and was in the hospital for a stage four decubitus ulcer requiring three surgeries and extensive care. Lora went above and beyond in caring for my brother. She met his every need, whether it was seeing that he received medications, getting a repair order on his bed, making sure he ate or was clean. She was on top of everything, even when I couldn't be. I knew he would be in good hands. She also regularly asked my husband and me what we needed! She has a love for her patients and a nurturing manner rarely seen today. She put my brother and me at ease no matter what the situation. I felt I had fewer worries when she was on duty and that says a lot.
