My wife and I welcomed our first child. Lori saw us with J throughout all of my wife's care. Lori has been especially supportive in the last week since he was born. She's gone out of her way to meet with my wife for lactation consults, once on her day off and once on short notice when we called her with some questions. She always greets us with a smile and has been extremely supportive throughout the entire process.

Lori was neither our regular clinic nurse nor our OB nurse, but she has continually appeared throughout our pregnancy and delivery as a caring and special person. She voluntarily came in on her day off to be sure we had all our questions answered related to breastfeeding our newborn. She really shows love for her patients and her job. All the nurses we have worked with have been excellent, but it was Lori's actions to seek us out unnecessarily that struck us as extraordinary.
