Lori brought me a warm blanket, made sure I was comfortable, and consistently made sure that I was doing ok and always asked if I needed anything.
I do not know where to start when it comes to describing Nurse Lori. From the moment I walked into the room to prep for my surgery, Nurse Lori was nothing but so sweet and so incredibly nice. She prepped everything for me in a timely manner. I had expected to be waiting forever. Thankfully, due to Nurse Lori going above and beyond for me that was not the case. She did everything by the book, did not forget the steps to getting me prepped, and walked out of surgery with such gratitude that I had to nominate Nurse Lori for this award. Anyone can tell that she loves and does extremely well at her job. She brought me a warm blanket, made sure I was comfortable, and consistently made sure that I was doing ok and always asked if I needed anything. That, to me, is someone who is passionate about their job. Even with a mask on you can tell she has the sweetest smile. I was very sad when I was discharged that I could not tell her how well of a job she did and how extremely grateful I am and thankful she took care of me so well.
