She was very kind and friendly as we talked about the kind of situation my patient was facing.
I observed this nurse when staying in MMC, and my first impression is how she approached patients and also my relatives when she entered the department, She was very kind and friendly as we talked about the kind of situation my patient was facing. She shared her knowledge and experience as a professional nurse, and I was happy that MMC hired this kind of woman who gives the motivation to become strong and healthy in life.

I was admitted last July 2022 and I was assisted by her during my admission and until my discharge. She takes good care of me and helps until I am well. She helps me a lot and makes me comfortable while battling my sickness until I get well. Thank you very much!

She is indeed strict but dependable and responsible as a nurse leader. She usually goes above and beyond her responsibilities as a manager. She gathers us for meetings or huddles every now and then to remind us and emphasize our duties and responsibilities in providing the best quality health care for our patients. There was even an instance when mostly junior nurses were on duty, and she personally saw to it that she was at the bedside to guide them on proper procedures and protocol. She always tells us that even if we’re busy or toxic, we must know the patient's status by heart. She has a good working relationship with everyone, from doctors and residents to nurses and even the cleaners. She is fair to everyone and gives us equal opportunities to show our true potential. It's a sight to behold how she can comfort and resolve their issues and difficulties. As a person, she is willing to sacrifice and do the work. In one case, she was on personal leave but chose to cut it short because we needed her here at MMC. She is very down to earth and will make you feel like a member of the family. She truly is an asset and a hidden gem here at Makati Medical Center.
