They took all the necessary efforts to make me feel at ease, making me very comfortable and, at the same time, continuously assuring me that everything would be OK.

They discussed with me all the medications I am taking, about fasting before midnight, and about taking aspirin because it will affect my forthcoming lung biopsy. They also put me under a warm blanket, which added to my comfort and made me feel relaxed. They covered all the areas regarding the procedures to be taken in a clear and precise manner, and I could feel the genuine concern they had for my welfare.

They informed me that we were from the same hometown, which helped me feel calm. In addition, they spoke to me in our own local dialect as we shared pleasantries about our customs. In this regard, I feel that they have exceeded my expectations. Rather than being fearful of my procedure, I felt relatively secure despite the disconcerting nature of my situation. Kudos to your group for the warm hospitality extended to me.
