My husband J had a kidney transplant at Methodist Dallas. J has been admitted several times since then. We have come to know many of the nurses, but this nurse is definitely a few steps above the rest.
I expressed a major concern about J’s lack of recovery from surgery 2 days prior. Luis listened carefully and respectfully while I explained previous symptoms, causes, and fixes. He immediately called the doctor with my information, the doctor put in orders, and I had my real husband back in 15 minutes! Luis, thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to advocate for my husband. You prevented a medical disaster. God bless you!
