1. He was so patient with my son when he was nervous, he was cracking jokes and making him feel more comfortable every second he was treating him. My son literally wanted to stay overnight by the end of our visit because he made him feel comfortable and like family. The impact he had on my son's visit and how amazing he was with him. He just made the experience all worth it. My son is now always asking if we can find other nurses like Luke when we have to visit other hospitals. He made him feel so comfortable and took all his nervousness away. I can't thank him enough for being so great with my son and I am sure other kids also. He touched my son’s heart and ours too. We will always remember him and our experience with him being our nurse that day.

2. He was very understanding and listened to all my health problems, which most times when I come I'm never heard or cared for as much as he did for me today. I’m 35 weeks and a day pregnant with so much lower pain and he listened and did everything he could to make sure my pain and needs were met! This hospital needs more nurses like him! Usually, I’m uncomfortable with male nurses/doctors but he made me feel so comfortable and always asked for my permission before doing anything!

5. I had been in pain for weeks and he was very polite and showed me how everything worked carefully so that I wouldn’t get scared or overwhelmed. He was very sweet and kind.
