From the first day, Luk became our father’s nurse, he was nothing short of excellence! Luke is knowledgeable, caring and joyful. Whenever we had questions or comments, Luk was there to answer as best he could and if/when he didn’t know what the answer was—he would go and ask or research it himself. Luk has grace and compassion for his patients and their loved ones. We felt safe and seen in Luke’s care. Having a loved one in the hospital is never easy, but with Luk as our dad’s nurse, we felt some relief and ease. We thoroughly appreciate Luk and his hard work and great care for our dad and us. We are grateful for Luk’s “team” mentality and how he values each member of his team, including us. My father is woefully stubborn. With Luke’s patience, he out my father at ease. Whenever possible, Luk would listen to the doctors when they visited our father and would clarify any questions that we had to the best of his ability.
