I can’t say enough about my sweet and attentive, ICU nurse. I have had a really hard time and needed around-the-clock care and medication. I’ve needed mental support and she has always been smiling. I’ve never had to beep for her, she listens for my machines, and she gives medicine and consults on time. She is thinking 5 steps ahead and never makes me feel uncomfortable or a burden. I have bleeding ulcers. I have 3 kids at home, and she has made it very clear to me as a patient that my health is important, that I wasn’t a job, and that she wasn’t counting the hours until it ended. The other staff while on her shift all seemed to be happy around her and follow the grace and professionalism she has shown. Thank you.
