Luz is by far the best nurse I’ve ever encountered (no disrespect to any nurse who’s taken care of me or my family)!! From dispensing medicine to listening to my concerns, she is 100% committed to patient care! Absolutely patient-driven every moment, she is doing what she loves! It takes a very special person to do what all these people do, every day. But what sets Luz apart is her extraordinary, very attentive, very focused technique in patient care! Every concern, request (within reason) was taken care of for my entire stay, with Luz! I believe things happen for a reason, and in my heart, I truly believe this beautiful, wonderful young lady was meant to take care of people for a living. God himself touched this amazing human and said, “Luz, you’re going to tend to the ill.” I truly believe this. I forgot to take care of my note for work and Luz was there to remind me. I had an issue with food service and Luz took it upon herself to resolve my problem. I never mentioned either of these things to Luz. For a person whose second language is English, she speaks human, fluently! If every hospital in the world had at least one Luz, the world and patient care would improve by 50% or more! Again, no disrespect to all the men and women whose career is patient care. Thank you Luz! You are absolutely amazing!
