In September, my mother died in the ICU from pulmonary fibrosis. Leading up to her death, Lydia did an exceptional job caring for her, caring for us (visiting family), and communicating clearly with us. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, care, knowledge, and patience. I am her son and asked for a means of sharing to hospital management how great Lydia was to us in a difficult time. I have intentionally allowed time to pass before writing this in order to write objectively and with credibility. As I have told the story many times to friends and family, the care provided actually made this a positive experience. My mother insisted that your facility was where she wanted to be. Now we understand why she felt that way. I will be grateful forever to Lydia and the rest of the staff for the care provided. Thank you.
