Lynette lives and breathes the mission and values of Essentia Health. Lynette delivers quality care to our patients. She gives 110% to make sure they are taken care of. She treats everyone (patients, staff, doctors, families, and ancillary staff) with respect. She is an amazing example of teamwork. She is a leader, but also a good "doer bee". She rarely complains and has a positive attitude. She follows through on items and leaves no stone unturned.
She precepted me in my new role going back to doing patient care and I felt very safe knowing she had my back and I could go to her for questions. Lynette even checks on me now when I am working on the unit. She is very vested in the outcomes of her patients and the staff members that she mentors.
