Lynn has been professional, passionate and personable above and beyond her regular duties. Going the extra mile, making me as comfortable as possible, even if she has to stay extra to make sure I was taken care of. She made me feel comfortable with the surroundings and when I couldn't take the pain, she made sure I had exactly what I needed. Lynn held my hand until I felt a little better. She would also check on me one last time before she would leave for the day to make sure my pain was under control. She made me feel safe and she understood my feelings. Before leaving for the evening she would give report to the next shift and make sure I knew what was going on. Lynn made me feel like a person and not an inconvenience. Always going the extra mile. Compassion is a good quality to have in her job. For such a bad day, I thank God she was my nurse.
