I would just like to say that from the moment Nurse Lynn entered my room, she was courteous, friendly, caring, and very alert in listening to me and understanding me. She was also very kind by asking me if she could make me any more comfortable by giving me a blanket, pillow, Kleenex, etc. When she was giving me medicine, she was very clear about what it was, how much it was, and how I could expect to feel from it (side effects). This made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with the care I was receiving, understanding it helps a lot, and she had a very friendly and nice way of explaining things in a manner that I, as a patient, could understand.
