My sister was in the hospital with pneumonia. She had a stroke and got worse by the next morning. Madison and the team did everything they could to get her to a Neuro hospital due to a brain bleed. She talked with the family, sat with us, and went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. To me, what she did was what a nurse means. Her personality, her knowledge, her understanding were awesome. She got my sister a bed. She made sure we had all the info we needed to get to the hospital. They were unable to fly her but were able to get her on the way in an ambulance. I want to thank the staff in the SICU unit that very day.
