Mandi Parker, RN

I brought my 87-year-old grandmother to the emergency room Friday night and was blown away by the level of care she received. As an RN for another local hospital chain, it was hard for me to justify taking her somewhere other than where I work, but I'm so glad I did. Everyone we encountered was nice and caring. But Mandy in the ED stood out the most. Dealing with the geriatric population is not easy but her patience and caring attitude were second to none. I honestly felt like my grandmother was her only patient for a little while. She had a great bedside manner, and was just all-around awesome. The world needs more nurses like Mandy.
