Mandy was our nurse for several days during our stay. Her approach to patient care stands out among all of the care we received at Queen of the Valley. She takes time to learn her patient's wants and needs. She compassionately cares for her patients and their families.
She goes over and above to communicate both to the doctors and the patients. She
understands her role as a liaison in patient care. Her care and concern for her patients is shown over and over again whether she is talking with family or demonstrating a technique to a student nurse. As a family member I greatly appreciated Mandy taking a minute to call and update me on my mom's care. She is an excellent teacher and communicator. I greatly appreciate all she has done to care for my mom.
