Mandy was taking care of my mother in law who was very weak and sick. Mom had been taken up to the 5th floor from the ER. We were not sure what to expect. Mom has several severe heart issues going on and we just don’t know how long she will actually be staying in the hospital.

Mandy took great care and time to explain to my mom and me what was going on with her care, what medication is she going to be administered, what things mom should qualify for when she goes home like in-home nurse care, etc. She told me about what mom's day has been and what she was doing next. Just made me feel very comfortable like she was part of our family. Nothing felt like it was too much to ask her. She was super patient kind and caring. She never once made me feel rushed. She was so compassionate. I thank you for hiring such an outstanding nurse. I know this is just one day that we had a great interaction with Mandy, but so far all the team has been so wonderful on the floor.
