Manja made every attempt possible to make sure that all of [patient’s] needs were addressed and was always pushing for the best outcome of her care.
Manja was approachable and communicated in a positive manner with information that was timely and clear. A+
She gave a very clear and concise explanation to the nurse who came on to take over her shift in order to make sure the goals set for [patient’s] care would continue going as planned in order to recover in a quick and timely manner.
She was very personal with family and patient, keeping them at the center of attention.
