Marc Nuckols, RN, CPEN

The first time we met Marc, he was just floating around the ED and just happened to pop in to our room. He successfully put in an IV line after my son had already been poked 4 times. He continued to check on us while we were there even though he wasn't our nurse. Later, he saw us in the surgery waiting room and stopped in to check on us. A few days later, he happened to be assigned to our room on the 4T. He helped my son calm down, by playing with him on the ground and made him feel less nervous by interacting with him. Marc is a perfect example of compassion.
