I've been with Inspira for 4 years, and while I've worked with a ton of amazing nurses, this nurse went above and beyond to help me out and, subsequently, my patients. I was floated to 3W and had a particularly busy and frustrating shift. No matter how on top of everything I was, it kept piling up, keeping me behind. At the beginning of my shift, I found a wound on my patient but couldn't find the camera. She ran to both meds rooms to get a camera for me and helped me turn/hold the patient to obtain good photos. When I was struggling to catch up, she helped me immensely by performing a bladder scan, subsequent straight cath, urine collection, antibiotic administration, and enema administration. She continued to check up on me and offer help. She made sure I got a lunch break. She validated my frustrations and just generally did an amazing job at keeping the shift running smoothly. I couldn't say thank you enough to her for all that she did.
