Maria Melendez, RN

Maria has talked to me one-on-one many times and with others even though she doesn't have too. Personally, it means a lot especially because she could just do her paperwork and give out meds and call it a day. Every time Maria comes into work she always asks us how we're doing and treats us like we're actually people. The whole unit over all gets a good vibe when she's on our unit. She is the ultimate teammate and nurse; very conscientious about her nursing practice and the patients. We are fortunate to have her on our team!
