Maricela is a wonderful nurse. She is very compassionate about the patients and their family. There was one night when one of my colleagues had a patient who was really sick and needed to get a procedure. The patient was worried about not being able to pay her bills and feed her kids. The patient was ready to leave, but this nurse helped her get groceries for her family. This is an example of true compassion that I have never seen a nurse give to her family. She is also very proactive and is a team player. She is very supportive and always encourages others to be better. She is an amazing nurse with a great heart.
