Maricon always goes above and beyond in providing excellent care for her patients. She has a great attitude even under difficult conditions, always remaining calm and cheerful. While providing exemplary care for her patients, Maricon also steps up continually to help co-workers with their work. She gives unstintingly of her time and energy to help others. Maricon looks out for her patients, on more than one occasion paying for medications when her patients were short on funds. It is also not uncommon to find Maricon wiping down tables and taking out trash and linens in her spare time.
