This nurse is what a nurse should be. She always came into my room with a smile. So helpful and compassionate. Very professional. She made you feel better just when she walked into the room. Her smile brightened the day. She explained the information I needed to know and took the time to find the information we needed. Very helpful and didn't make you feel like you were bothering her. She never made you feel rushed and always asked: "Do you need anything?" She made a difference because we had a frightful experience the day before and she reassured us. She really made a difference and we knew she cared. She is a blessing from God.
