My husband came into the Critical Care Unit on Saturday. He was very gravely ill. Before long Marie had him smiling and doing what she asked without much effort. Her bubbly, charming, and dedicated attitude lifted both our spirits. Before we could ask for anything, she was right on our request. Initially, I was terrified to be here. Marie comforted both the patient and our family members. She is the meaning of the word nurse. We will never forget our experience.
