My mother was in your hospital, and she was very sick and came so close to dying. Marie Santos was part of the reason she survived! She never left her side. It was in the middle of the night she came into our room for the first time. She was like an angel showing up at a very dark time. She was dressed in a crisp white uniform and a beautiful smile. So professional yet sweet and caring, she took such an interest in my mother, who is 92 years old. For the first time in four days, I felt a little hope. It was like Florence Nightingale came into the room, comforted, and cared for her! Marie is a true example of what a nurse should be! If all nurses were like her, what a comfort everyone would get from being in the hospital. I will never forget this young lady and hope to see her again one day! I hope that you will recognize her for being a wonderful nurse and the person she is. I am grateful and happy to say my mother is doing great and fully recovered.
