I had a surgical procedure at Banner Baywood last month. I had to stay a few days after surgery, due to some complications. During my stay, I interacted with some very professional people. Very dedicated and compassionate. Each and every one excelled but one of them stood out to me from all the rest, Marisa. The last night I was there, Marisa was my overnight nurse. She was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism and compassion for others made a not-so-great experience more tolerable. Any time I needed help; she was right there. Marisa was in and out, even when I didn’t need anything, constantly checking in on me and tending to my needs. Her glowing personality was enlightening and very much appreciated. Marisa has a unique gift that glows.
