Mark Jean-Baptiste, RN

Mark is one of the most altruistic employees that this establishment has as far as I am concerned. From taking the time to politely make patients aware that he is on the phone to taking the timeout of his hectic schedule to aid a patient in achieving a task, none being too menial. In addition to that, Mark brings a very vibrant, positive energy to the unit. He is always pleasant, often donning a smile. I commend him and I am certain that I am not alone in this.
