My mother came into the office for a follow-up appointment to sort out some serious matters regarding her physical health. She needed a special procedure done in the exam room that required these two wonderful caregivers to go way beyond the norm. As soon as they entered the room, they greeted my mother and me with warm and genuine salutations accompanied by smiles that lit up the exam room. However, what got my attention was the way they began to address and talk to my mother! Nurse Adams made her way into my mom’s heart immediately by treating and talking to her like she was “her mother.” She did this while maintaining an epic level of respect but mixed in so much compassion and loving care that it brought a total sense of relaxation to the exam room. They both respectfully caressed and properly embraced her during the process, which made her feel completely comfortable throughout the entire exam room visit. These two healthcare professionals demonstrated excellence through their clinical expertise and extraordinary compassionate care. We will never forget the level of care we received from you two women. Thank you for bringing these two wonderful angels to your team.
