I just wanted to let you know how valuable Mary Ann was in supporting the Outpatient Infusion Operations yesterday during our emergent shelter-in-place and ultimate closing of clinic. Her IT expertise was crucial in all the appointment canceling, rescheduling, and moving of treatment and lab orders. Her willingness to allow us to draw on her clinical oncology experience was so impactful for a positive patient experience for the five patients who required a continuous infusion disconnect. She proactively found a location and supplies to support the continued care of these patients.
