Anna showed me love with hugs, a shoulder to cry on and confidence that I was doing the right thing for him and his wishes.
First off my family and I are so grateful for all of the exceptional care my father received during his illness. Anna particularly stands out as she gave not only my Dad loving care but also gave to me. Going through such a difficult time as my father’s only child and having to make such decisions for his sake, Anna showed me love with hugs, a shoulder to cry on and confidence that I was doing the right thing for him and his wishes. On my Dad’s final day I was pleasantly surprised to see Anna as I was aware of her schedule and what I thought was off that day. Not questioning as I clearly had so much on my mind I was just happy to see her. It wasn’t until later that evening when it was time for my sweet Dad to go to heaven, she told me and my husband that she was not scheduled but in fact switched shifts so she could see this out for my Dad and with us. My heart melted with her empathy and kindness. Please share with her how much she means to us and she is continued to stay in our prayers. Anna, thank you is not enough to express my gratitude. You are very special and will always have a place in my heart.
