Mary consistently demonstrates "grace" in all that she does. She knows how to prioritize her challenging workload and always makes others within Rex feel valued.
I have personally seen Mary in action, call after call while trying to eat her lunch. She never shows any frustration while navigating patients, family, and staff to where they need to go.
Mary has worked at Rex for 38 + years and has seen many changes over the years. She stands firm in believing Rex is the best hospital and consistently supports the mission and the vision as evidenced in her actions.
Thank you for making all of us feel valued on a daily basis. With COVID -19 affecting each of us on a daily basis your leadership, compassion and support help us get through each shift.
When I know Mary is working, I know it will be a tolerable day.
