Mary Jane is the epitome of a kind, caring, and dedicated nurse. After 33 years of nursing, she continues to give incredible care to her patients. She will take care of her entire patient assignment, be the charge nurse, and help all of her coworkers any chance she gets. There is no other coworker more willing to help; I always know that if I am in a difficult situation, Mary Jane will be there by my side helping me through it. She is a fierce advocate for her patients and is constantly working with the physicians and NPs to get her patients the best care she can. She is the nurse that every patient hopes they will have if they are in the hospital and the kind of nurse that I personally aspire to be someday.
