Katie Scott is a wonderful compassionate nurse. In just “doing her job,” she is an unsung hero.
She never asked for recognition or reimbursement but took it upon herself to help a vulnerable patient who was being discharged at a late hour. Katie went to the ATM and personally arranged and paid for a hotel room for this patient for the night.
She also did all the behind-the-scenes work this year for her floor’s “Adopt a Family” during the holidays.
She routinely goes above and beyond for our patients with her incredible, selfless acts of caring.
