There is a medication for my psoriasis that is truly the best at alleviating my symptoms. Upon the renewal being submitted, my pharmacy notified me that it was on back order with no expected date of refill. They were contacting my provider for a medication change. Mary called many different pharmacies and found a local pharmacy that could refill this desired medication. Within one day, I had my medication refilled. I recognize that it would have been easier for Mary to facilitate a change, yet she made multiple calls to attain the one that works best for me. Each night as I am applying, I thank God for Mary seeking to provide the best in care for the patients she supports.
